1Who we are

2What we collect

Contact form data — when you submit the form we receive your name, email and message, plus your phone number, company and role if you provide them.

Usage data (only if you click “Accept”) — pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, time on page, device type, a random session ID, IP address, browser user agent and referring page.

Data in your browser — your consent choice and its date, stored on your own device. See our cookie policy.

Technical logs — our hosting provider may log request data such as IP addresses for security and operations.

3How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the partnership you contacted us about
• To send a confirmation that we received your message
• To understand overall usage and improve the website (only with your consent)
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse

We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

4Legal basis

• Consent — for usage analytics, which you can withdraw at any time
• Steps at your request before entering a contract, and legitimate interests — for replying to messages you send and for keeping our systems secure

5Service providers

We rely on third-party providers to run the website, who may process data outside Thailand and the UK:

• Vercel — website hosting, server functions and the analytics database
• Supabase — the consultant-room database (rooms, images, conversations and sign-in data), hosted in Singapore
• Resend — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox and sends your confirmation email
• Resend (consultant rooms) — sends sign-in codes and notification emails about new messages and replies
• Anthropic — provides the AI that answers first in consultant rooms whose owner has switched the AI assistant on
• Google Fonts, cdnjs and Unsplash — serve fonts, icons and some images; these providers receive your IP address when your browser loads their files

6How long we keep data

• Contact-form messages — kept in our inbox for as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting partnership. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Individual usage events — deleted automatically within 90 days. Aggregate statistics that do not identify you may be kept longer.

7Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 and, where applicable, the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data or obtain a copy
• Correct inaccurate data
• Have your data deleted
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time via the settings on our cookie policy
• Complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

8Consultant rooms

The “Consultant rooms” area (/en/consult) lets users open their own room and lets visitors send questions to the room owner.

Room owners — we keep the email you sign in with, the profile you fill in (name, headline, introduction, expertise, languages, website), your profile photo or logo, and your AI assistant settings. The profile and image are public; your email and AI instructions are not.

Visitors — we keep the messages you send, and your name and email if you give them. Messages go to the owner of that room, who is responsible for how they use what they receive.

AI assistant — in rooms where the owner has switched the AI assistant on, the conversation, the room profile and passages from the owner’s knowledge files that match the question are sent to Anthropic to generate first-line answers.

Knowledge files — when a room owner adds files for the AI assistant, the owner’s browser reads the text from each file and only that text is sent to us; the original file is not uploaded. The text is deleted when the owner removes the file or the room.

Notification emails — we send sign-in codes, tell room owners about new messages, and tell visitors when the owner replies (only if they left an email).

• Conversations are kept for up to 180 days after the latest message, then deleted automatically.
• A room, its image and all of its conversations are deleted as soon as the owner deletes the room.
• Legal basis: providing the service you asked for, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing misuse.

We may update this policy when the way the website works changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
